22find keeps returning to the opening page even after i remove it. i can't find the program anyware in my programes. how do i get rid of it?

this 22find open on the start page where firefox start used to be. i remove it from the properties of firefox but when i restart my computer the next time it reappears. it is very annoying. i have reinstalled firefox at least three times and it still comes up. how can i get rid of this.
