Firefox crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S with Cyanogen. Is there anything to be done about it?
Firefox has been crashing forever on my Samsung Galaxy S. I always assumed that it was either because Firefox for Android wasn't mature, but it's been a while and other people don't seem to have the same problem.
I have the latest stable Cyanogen mod. Firefox will almost always crash after a few minutes of browsing, even when using only one tab. In addition, it is very slow. Is there anything to be done about it?

I found the problem!
The culprit was add-ons. If I remove all add-ons, firefox works great. If I install adblock, it crashes. I haven't tried extensively with other add-ons, but I don't think adblock does anything in particular.
Shouldn't firefox warn users when an add-on will cause issues like this?

Sorry for that
Type about:crashes in URL and provide some crash reports starting with bp-
Close your browser from background too, restart your mobile and use the firefox. Make sure your using latest version of Firefox.
Download the firefox from official website or from Google Play.
Hi and thanks for the quick answer!
about:crashes unfortunately doesn't show any crashes, even though firefox spontaneously closes almost systematically after a few minutes of use.
I have tried both firefox and firefox beta from Google Play and both crash. The system and the applications are up-to-date.
