hello, is this the only crash listed there? this appears to be from 2011 so it won't contain any information for your current issue unfortunately...

you could also try running a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and different tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner, microsoft safety scanner & kaspersky security scan.

that is the only crash to be found in the folder "submitted" and I have already run a complete system-check with norton.

and the newest crash reports in "pending" aren't new enough. I've been having these issues for only a couple days. I'm using Firefox at the moment by the way, but if I'd restart it wouldn't work for ages, so...this doesn't really change much...

while you have firefox up & running, could you go to firefox > help > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? maybe this can give us a clue what is going on...

please also run scans with different security tools, since multiple firefox.exe processes in the task-manager can be a symptom of a malware infection.

there's nothing too out of ordinary in your configuration that catches my eye - i'd reset "network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server" in about:config though and delete the user.js file in your profile folder though in case you haven't created it manually in the first place: User.js file overriding preferences

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
