In the last couple of weeks Firefox 25.0.1 has started randomly crashing, Mainly when i try to open a random page upon the BBC website. When it does so it loses all of my open tabs and the restore previous session greys out and becomes unusable. I have updated all of my addons as far as i know? (should be doing so automatically?)

Hoody,
I presume you are still having problems.

Memtest is only a diagnostic tool (and it may be run for many hours to do a thorough check). If you do have crashes it is the further crash IDs whilst in safe mode and with plugins disabled that we hope will help.

If it does not crash in that state then further investigation is needed to figure out the cause and get Firefox working normally again.

Are the BP reports only the crashes that have happened? as there are many that seem not to be there however there are many other reports that do not start with bp such as these

Seems copying and pasting several at once has jumbled them up XD

Hi Hoody,

Can you try using Firefox in safe mode and with all plugins disabled. It will probably still crash but the crash reports may be a bit more meaningful.

I am no expert on interpreting these but the first ones above possibly relate to memory and or the js compiler as problems. it may well be worth trying to check your RAM memory is ok

Thnx, will give memtest a go. As far as i know there is no probs as nothing else crashes though.

I now presume the problem is resolved. (Possibly you found a loose memory card or something) If you still have problems please post back again.
