6 family pc's how to get out of Beta updates, on all pc's?!
We made the mistake of joining firefox's beta channel, and it's been nothing but a nightmare...
How do we disable the beta updates completely, and get the most current STABLE version on all our pc's?
And above all, once complete guarantee this beta fiasco doesn't happen again?
Concerns ive thought of that may influence the steps needed to get back up and running... 1. all pc's are sync'd to one email account 2. we use xmarks for all bookmarks 3. we have 14 plugins all the same for all 6 pc's 4. we have 11 Ext's. all the same for all 6 pc's 5. our themes are all the same on all pc's
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

You can uninstall the beta and download and install the current release.
You can find the full version of the latest Firefox 25.0.1 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:
thanks for speedy reply.. by following your steps, do you know if it will avoid any problems with the numbers mentioned above? Will i have to reinstall everything, redo all settings etc on all pc's?
Thanks again
bump please
Syncing data and plugins shouldn't be a problem. I don't think that extensions also aren't a problem although you may have to revert to a previous version in case you updated some to fix issues especially for the beta.
In case of complete themes (i.e not Personas) you will have to check this out as themes are always a special case (new versions usually get new buttons and CSS rules).
So you can try to update one computer and check for problems if you want to be sure.
When you uninstall, you have the option to blow away all your personal data, including bookmarks, add-ons, etc. Be careful not to do that.
