I have website to read documents online for users.

I want to disable top menu having facility to print,navigate pages,zoom,thumbnail etc.

I want people to read document online without allowing them to download or print document.

Any idea?

Articles for the Adobe Reader won't help for the built-in PDF Viewer.

I assume that you want to prevent viewers from saving a copy of the file locally.
You can't prevent that if people can view this file in their browser.
If Firefox displays the file then the file is already being downloaded to the browser.
They can always make a screenshot copy even with the menu bar hidden and use Save page as if the URL in the location bar is the PDF file or, if there is a link to this file on a page, use Save Link as.
If they disable the built-in PDF Viewer and use another viewer instead then you do not have control over what they do with this file anyway.

You would have to use a plugin like Flash to display this content, possibly retrieving the file via a secure connection.
