Hi dunnelen,
Sorry you’re having problems with crashes.

I am not too sure what help page you refer to. Although it is probably not too important to me; if you have a link; please post it in your next reply so I know what you have read.

Please navigate to about:crashes and paste 2 or 3 Crash IDs into your reply.

P.S. Instructions

In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy 2 or 3 of the most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.

I see that you have a very old graphics display driver: driverDate: 3-23-2004

Did you check if there is an update available?

Disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
