My grandson is playing Realm of the Mad God. He has been playing this for months on Firefox and now gets the 403 Forbidden error code and cannot load it. It won't load on Google Chrome or EI either. What seems to be the problem?

Does Firefox and the other browsers work otherwise? It may be a web site issue. Try these out;

Clear the Cache Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

and

Remove Cookies Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode
