How do I get rid of Flipora?
I had Firefox for many years, then Flipora appeared and I couldn't get rid of it. I uninstalled and re-installed Firefox so many times that I can't remember them all. So I downloaded Google Chrome instead and immediately got the option of keep Flipora or not. I said 'not' and it disappeared...that was that. The problem there are Firefox addons that I need, so I re-installed Firefox (again) and once more I am controlled by Flipora!!! What next?

You can check in "Windows Control Panel > Programs" for installed programs (sort by "Installed on") to see if anything from Flipora or any other suspicious software shows up.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
