I made a folder that I want to store certain incoming emails, but it is not viewable for other users who can access the main email account. Also, if changes are made to emails in the main account by one user, it does not affect other computer stations views. for example, if i delete or move a file, it is only deleted or moved at my station. How can I get all the changes to be viewable and synced, since we are all synced to RECEIVE the emails in the main email address.

Chosen solution

It has to be a folder on the email server and all the associated workstations have to have their email client set up for IMAP for this account. Your email provider has to support IMAP protocol also.

If you are using a POP account this is not going to happen. You need to be using IMAP to keep the messages on the server and all users can access the account there and see any updates.
