Try export the certificates into Internet Explorer:

Then import into Firefox:

  • Menu Bar(Press F10 or Alt to unhide) >> Tools >> Options >> Advanced >> Certificates >> click on Certificates button, click on Servers tab, then click on Import button, now select the certificate that you export from IE.
