My email is overloaded. I would like to delete, in bulk, all emails from a sender...rather than one at a time.. I am talking hundreds.
I can sort my folders by sender, but would like to be able to delete in bulk messages from individual senders. I have thousands of emails sitting in my inbox and need to free up space on my computer. Thanks, Fran

Click on the header labeled FROM to sort by sender. Click on the first message from that sender that you want to delete to select it. Navigate to the last message in that series that you want to delete and hold the shift key while clicking it. Now all messages in the string should be selected. Press the delete key of your choice.

Or use the QuickFilter to display just the messages from the selected sender, use ctrl+a to select all, then del to delete.
If the messages were spread across multiple folders, you could use the global search to find them, then "show email as list", then use the ctrl+a, delete sequence.
It really isn't a good idea to let messages accumulate in the Inbox. Why not create subfolders and organize your messages by topic or sender?
Thanks for the help....40,000 emails gone! :)
