How do I export the collected addresses

more options

I have ported to a new machine (win 7). I have successfully exported and imported my address book which I find contains only 7 entries. It is now only that I realise that for a long time Thunderbird has been using addresses from its "collected addresses" to suggest the person in the address bar and that all those hundreds of addresses are not saved in my address book. How do I access my (what must be hundreds of) "collected addresses" and get them on to my new machine?

Thank you
