CNN does not play videos after commercial.

OK, I followed all the advice and safe mode and still not playing. I can get CNN to play on IE11 just fine. I can get it to work if I install Flash 10.x My virus scans don't find anything. everything is current and this is a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro 64. CBS does the same thing but BBC does not. Flash 13 plays fine everywhere else but these news channels CNN and CBS. SO what next?
