I have gone into settings and have tried selecting both 'automatically enable plugs-ins' and 'tap and play plug-ins' but still receive the message that a plug-in is needed to display image.

Now what? Im pretty new to firefox.

tmyeats........ this is because either your system have no plugins installed or not supported with the configuration
