I am unable to change my email Password (not the Mastger password)in Thunderbird/Moilla

My email was compromised and I had to change my password with our server for my email address. This caused me to have to sign in each time I open email and also added 40-50 lines of garbage in my receiving area of email. My server, Hawaiiantel.net, said I have to change my password in Thunderbird/Mozilla but we were unable to find how to do this. When I go to tools and open up settings there is no place to change the password except for the master password-which is the one I sign onto when I first open up my computer.
