Before this newest firefox update I had EVERYTHING on 1 line. My tabs, address bar, and all my buttons were together on 1 line to maximize viewing space. Now it flat out wont let me change where the tabs go OR where the address bar. Why can't I move these anymore?!

Thank you for trying the new Firefox. We’re sorry that you’re unhappy with the new design.

Here are a few suggestions for restoring the old design. We hope you’ll find one that works for you:

Firefox is a work in progress and your feedback is very important to us. Our support community is run by volunteers who work hard to help all Firefox users, but we can’t make changes to the design ourselves. Please help us improve Firefox by leaving feedback where the designers and engineers can see it: https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback.

I don't want to hear suggestions about adding or installing things to get Firefox back the way it was. Removing features with an update is backwards thinking, especially when they were highly used features.

Personally I went back to Firefox 28 and turned off updating. Installing Firefox 29 then using an add-on to make it look the way it did let's Mozilla know they can force things people dislike.

If you want to go back to a previous version, completely feel free to use the old, unsupported, and insecure versions of Firefox. Please remember that this puts your machine and personal data at an increased risk. You may then wish to mitigate that by having well rehearsed bare metal restore strategies or using a virtual machine.

I'm not one to have an argument about this but if you want, you can post what things you would like to see changed in two ways.

I already have, and it is only until I find a new web browser. That aside I find it pretty sad that a moderator would reply to a support question simply to belittle someone.

I have done much searching since the 29 update was forced unto me and found that there is no solution to these problems, unless of course finding a new browser or using third party add-ons is considered a solution (it isn't).

Belittling you? wow... You're sadly mistaken if you think I was purposely belittling you.

1) If you had already switched back to Firefox 28, why would you even take the time to create a thread and simply throw it back in our faces when we try to offer you alternatives?
2) Mozilla isn't keeping you on 29. You have your own damn free will to switch back to 28 and you can be happy with it.
3) I'm closing this thread since no real help is needed.
