This bank is reachable via IE11, where I made username and password....

Since you are using the latest version of Firefox you shouldn't have a problem as long as your connection is secure (see How do I tell if my connection to a website is secure?). I guess it could be that the website is using some technology that only working in IE. Can you give us the URL of the bank?
