Hi, since the last update, when I write or reply to an email, a blank screen opens and I can't write the email. I can enter the address, but the body of the message appears blank and I can't write anything. Could you help me please? Thanks.

Hi, I just installed Thunderbird on Fedora Linux and I tried to change the default directory where Thunderbird stores e-mail boxes for each e-mail account.

I managed to do the change, however the directory absolute path which is shown in the local directory field is different from what I just changed, even though the change has been successful and I can see the content of my inbox. For example the shown path is

                             "/run/flatpak/doc/lad91b03/mailserver-name.org" 

(this absolute path doesn't exist) and the real path is something like:

                         /home/username/Documents/Mail/AppData/Roaming/Profiles/...../mailserver-name.org"

This doesn't happen on Windows...

He configurado una respuesta automática a través de un filtro, el problema es que los mensajes de respuesta no se envían en el momento que vuelvo a abrir thunderbird, mientras no lo estoy usando no se envian.

Hello, I put an out of office message for 2 days and it is still sending the message. I have deleted the template and also have deactivated, but all my contacts in thunderbird are still receiving the message with a past date on spam. Also, not only the people to whom I send an email, but all the contacts, pleople which i have not sent email on the last weeks. Please help!!!

Mi consulta es la siguiente

Somos una empresa y hemos actualizado la contraseña de todas nuestras cuentas de correo.Cuando la he actualizado en thunderbird y envío un correo me indica el siguiente mensaje.

Su mensaje se ha enviado pero no se ha copiado a su carpeta de mensajes enviados (Enviados) debido a errores de red o acceso a archivos. Puede reintentar o guardar el mensaje en modo local a Carpetas locales/Enviados-

no cargan o no puedo visualizar los correos de ninguna bandeja ni de entrada, enviados, borradores, osea no puedo visualizar ninguna bandeja. Requiero de su ayuda por favor

Desde hace unos días, los iconos de addons instalados en Thunderbird Nebula, aparecen en la barra vertical de herramientas de espacios, duplicados (ver imagen 1)

He desinstalado esos addons, reiniciado el Thunderbird y al volverlos a instalar, vuelven a salir duplicados.

¿Alguien sabe cómo gestionar estos iconos?

Mi SO es Windows 11 Pro de 64 bits y la versión del Thunderbird es la 128.4.3 esr 64 bits (imagen 2)

I'm a proud user of Mozilla Thunderbird since... ages, actually. The last updates sets an incredible step forward from older versions and I'm obsessed with 128.4 Everything works fine and smoothly. I'm not looking back to any other mail software ever.

BUT

I'm running Linux Mint 21.3 and the past weeks I've noticed the active Thunderbird icons on my panel while Thunderbird is open changes depending on the window currently in use, or the active task: a pen when you're writing an email, a bell while you're managing your calendar stuff, etc. That's great. Surprisingly that new icon stays on the panel, although I close that window or end the task involved. To see the Thunderbird icon I have to completely exit the program and re open it. It's only a visual issue but it's itching my nerves.

Any suggestions?

For a few days the program has been very slow, it takes a long time to open the emails, or to delete them for example. Is there a general problem or is it my problem?

En la versión 128.4.1 no puedo ver las carpetas unificadas. Tildo "Carpetas Unificadas" y no pasa nada, si saco el tilde de "Todas las Carpetas" se elimina el tilde de "Carpetas Unificadas"

Buenas tardes, Tengo un problema con mis carpetas locales, en el thunderbird se ve la carpeta local y muestra la cantidad de mensajes que contiene la carpeta, al abrirla se ve que estan los correos pero no muestra titulo, ni remitente, solo muestra la fecha y al abrir cualquier correo esta completamente en blanco... Tenia varios archivos con datos adjuntos de varios MB cada uno y al revisar la "LOCAL FOLDER" donde se almacena la informacion el archivo de la carpeta local no pesa ni 1mb...

Espero puedan ayudarme y que el problema tenga solución!

Hola, Al abrir algunos de los mails recibidos de hace algunos meses, no me aparece el contenido del mensaje. ¿Cuál es el problema? ¿Cómo se puede solucionar? Gracias

I am working with a computer after new Windows 11 on a Intel i7 12th generation

I have setup several of my Gmail accounts and after program restart, some accounts disappear

I have removed every thing, desintall the program, reboot computer, reinstall program and accounts, and the same problem occured, some of the email accounts disapeared, the main account and another one remained

Suddenly Thunderbird stopped encoding correctly the special and accented characters áéó ñÑ ¿¡ € in outgoing mail. This happened after the upgrade to version 128.4.1esr (64-bit) and on all the computers in the office.

cuando le doy a "seleccionar la aplicacion para abrir archivo .EML" me sale "program files (x86)\ mozilla thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" aun cuando en aplicaciones predeterminadas, si está establecido eml como Thunderbird document - versión instalada del thunderbird es 128 - SO windows 11
