When I want to save a document to the desktop, I click on File and select save page as. Recently there was a change to the format options. I was able to save my documents to the desktop and in format was pdf which I selected and saved. Now the format options are Test Files, Web page HTML only and Web page complete. I have no idea what happened to the PDF format and there is no way that I know of that I can insert that option. Keep in mind that I am an 85 year old woman with limited technology knowledge.
