I get this error message when I try to send an email....this has been going on for days

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: resomta-h2p-555359.sys.comcast.net resomta-h2p-555359.sys.comcast.net Excessive failed authentication, ESMTP server temporarily not available.

Please help me resolve this
