Typically if I experience a security certificate exception, thunderbird will popup the certificate exception box, I click to get certificate and am done.

Today I cannot get the certificate popup to appear. which is fine I know where the certificates are managed but I have not a clue how to add a certificate OR what information to enter into the "Add security exception" dialogue box

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, does Firefox has a function where the bookmarks only show in a Bookmarks toolbar when a blank tab is open please? Once a bookmark is selected from the Bookmarks Toolbar, then the Bookmarks Toolbar is no longer needed and should disappear to maximise webpage space.

I've imported bookmarks to Firefox, however the Bookmarks bar doesn't show on a blank tab (I'll raise another forum post about this). If I manually add the Bookmarks toolbar, it permanently shows only a few Bookmarks, not the original Bookmarks that have been imported?

I imported the Bookmarks 3 times as shown on the attached screenshot, but somehow they have been stored by default, in the wrong location. The correct location would be so the Bookmarks appear in the Bookmarks toolbar.

I can't access audible or spotify because the WidevineCDM Plugin is not working. I've tried reinstalling it, re-enabling the DRM content setting, and reinstalling Firefox entirely. Nothing has worked, and even though it says the plugin is installed, it just crashes every time.

I'm on a public use computer and I signed out of firefox but all my folders, websites, and saved passwords are still on firefox. How do I get it to not do that? How do I reset the browser so all my information is gone?

"Recent Activity" blank on Home Page. Tried everything, can not get activity to show up. I can see the rows of boxes but there is nothing in them? I have been using Firefox for along time without any issues; this just happened and it is becoming very frustrating to use the browser. Thanks for your support, Tim

After downloaded the app I changed a lot of settings, including checking the box to "open previous windows and tabs" on start in settings, however next time I opened the browser it didn't open my previous tabs and when I went to check the setting the box was unchecked and it won't allow me to check it. Why did this happen and how can I fix it? Note: IIRC, I changed all my settings and then created a Mozilla account and that is the only possible connection to this issue that I can think of.

I have used Safari for decades. Due to the slowness of some banks I cannot use Safari to access access my accounts. It was suggested that I use Firefox. Probably because i don't use it, I can't find where Firefox stores passwords. Can someone help me do that. I am used to simply having Safari stored on keychain access & ask me if I want to store new password. I like that feature. Then I can click on keychain access on my toolbar, open & delete the old ones. I sure can't do that on Firefox IF i can't even find where those are stored. Thank you. Timmy

Hello, I have issue on Firefox iPad as in the attached video, I'm browsing my website (built using ASP.NET MVC), and trying to show the website as mobile site by clicking Request Mobile Site in the browser's options, but it is not working, the page is refreshed, but the button still Request Mobile Site (not switched to Request Desktop Site), and at server the User-Agent in request headers still the same: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/16.0 Safari/605.1.15 Please note that I didn't face this issue on other browsers like Chrome and Safari, although I didn't have any handling for User-Agent at server side.

So when I middle-click on any saved bookmark it opens a new tab with that website, but the thing is that it also switches to that tab. Is it possible to open the new tab without immediately switching on it?

I've had some problems with a website that works perfectly in Chrome, but gets dodgy in Mozilla. The site is for a javascript graphing software: dygraph.com One page, in particular poiints out the problem: dygraph.com/annotations.html The top of the displays a dynamic gtraph of data. Mozilla displays the page without the plotted data. A text file is loaded that contains the plotted data. Is thhat the problem?
