I know this is picky, but perhaps it will also help others who are asking "why can't there be a Send Later button that places the message into Drafts or Outbox for a period of time that you set?"

I have discovered the Send Later add-on feature in Thunderbird, and love that it exists! It does not work how I expected, however, and I think it might be able to be easily tweaked. I expected to be able to go into the Customize field and drag over a "Send Later" button and then be able to set those options to a default or even individual-email 15-minutes setting, for example, for later being able to write an e-mail and click "Send Later" for sending a set amount of time later. However, I soon found that dragging over the "Send Later" button ends up with a *greyed out* Send Later* button, having not *also* dragged over a calendar menu or 15-minute, 30-minute, etc button. I discovered that I could drag over *only* a 15-minute, 30-minute, etc. button and it be clickable. The "15 minutes later" button therefore became, in effect, what constitutes a "Send Later" button to me -- that being a button that I could click after composing an e-mail and then it be delayed an amount of time I had already set up.

I am figuring that changing the name of "15 Mins Later" to "Send in 15 Min" would make the button's name sound more like the corollary to "Send" (meaning now). In other words, there would be a "Send" (meaning now) and a "Send in xx Mins," which sounds a lot like "Send Later" in that it has the same sort of syntax as "Send" -- you know, verb (Send), just like verb (Send in xx Mins), as opposed to a noun and adverb (15 Min Later). I did say picky, right?
