I have a folder yahoo conversation that opens and won't let me open anything else. I do not even have a yahoo account

A folder Y conversation showed up under each account.I right clicked on it and selected delete. It won't delete.It is now open and won't close. When I exit out Thunderbird closes.When I reopen thunderbird that file opens.
