You can remove the Sync account on Android level and than log again with right e-mail.

Go to Androd Settings, scroll to accounts, find Firefox, tap, then tap your e-mail, enter the settings (three dots in top right corner) and choose remove.

Get back to Firefox - open menu, choose settings, sync and configure it with correct e-mail.
