Hi, You need to install flash plugin in order to play flash. Open Tools->Add-ons from menu and check plugins tab. If you already installed flash, you will see it (Shockwave Flash) there and "Always Active" from right for flash to make it active automatically.

If you cannot see flash there then you need to download and install it. Check adobe's website for flash player.

So it's a known issue and I should just wait for an update? Or is it on my side and I need to do something?

Hopefully it will be solved soon. After, Firefox may be updated, or instructions will be announced.

Has this been fixed yet? We're on 37.0.1 and videos still don't load. Is it me that needs to do something since the 37 update or is this still ongoing issue?
