Cursor moves all over page during composition of e-mail messages. Been going on for years, driving me nuts.

I Dear Matt; I went out and bought a brand new mouse. Mine was quite old. 

 It is still doing it;  cursor jumping around the page.  Not as bad perhaps?

Any other ideas? Pinetree
