font and theme changer in thunderbird and firefox change message, but not headers or toolbars. They only effect the body of the message by zooming or increasing font. I would like to change these others places. Thank you.

You're reporting exactly the opposite of what is supposed to happen.

Theme Font & Size Changer in my experience changes the controls and menus.

Tools|Options|Display|Formatting→Advanced is used to select the fonts that are used to display message content.

Theme Font & Size Changer in my experience changes the controls and menus.
