I want to create a group email but when clicking on Address Book the toolbar containing 'tools' , 'new list' etc. is not displayed. How can I display this toolbar ?

Tools in on the Menu Bar. Press the alt key to display hidden menu bars. if that does not work try the F10 key.

New List is on the Address Book Toolbar. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn it back on.
