Error message says user name not owned by me, but it is! How do I fix that to use my additional email address?

When I try to send an email from one of my email accounts, I get an error message saying this the email address is not owned by my other email address so it won't send. It used to work, so I'm a bit confused as to what happened and what I can do to fix it.

Your second account is probably using the first account's SMTP server for sending and needs its own.

Posting your settings here would most likely be the easiest way for anyone to be able to help you.

Help|Troubleshooting Information Clear the checkbox named "Include account names" Click the button labelled "Copy text to clipboard" Paste into your next posting here.
