i upgraded to windows 10 and since then i'm not able to sync my account. it tells me syncronized but nothing is.whats the solution ?

1)Try fresh install. A fresh install will have your system-installed plugins, extensions and fresh cache.

2) Now sync your account. Don't do anything else.

3) Restart Firefox. Now you can install customized plugins/extensions.
