Mozilla used to have another browser called Seamonkey in the fold. It has split off but uses same tech, try downloading Seamonkey https://www.seamonkey-project.org/ and importing the bookmark/jsonlz4 Suggest you might want to export them as Html. There used to be ways to do timed backups but I have not idea now. There are other programs that will open it but hoping this is the simplest.
