You can use [https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html Revo Uinstaller] to uninstall the program. It does happen sometimes that programs don't like to uninstall. Remember we not held responsible for any programs you use. I have tried it and it works at getting everything off. It gives you a list of programs to uninstall. Once the normal uninstall doesn't work then just click on scan at the bottom. It scans for all files left over and you can delete them. If you want to keep your data in C:\Users\(yourname)\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla and C:\Users\(yourname)\AppData\Local\Mozilla then don't delete those files.
