MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_ADDITIONAL_POLICY_CONSTRAINT_FAILED
Hi- Since Tuesday I have not been able to access pandora.com and receive the following message. Because of this I am unable to access their support so I am hoping this can be resolved on the firefox side. I am able to access the site with safari. I use firefox developer and firefox is set up to allow cookies from pandora.com. Please help. Thanks.

hi, please get in contact with pandora's support - they will need to update their certificate: https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2018/03/12/distrust-symantec-tls-certificates/
I cannot access their support page because of this. I have sent an email to a support address I located but they have not responded.

You can also use Firefox with the following steps:
On the "Your connection is not secure" screen, click the Advanced button. Scroll down to the "invalid security certificate" section, click the Add Exception button. In the override dialog box, under Certificate Status, click the View button. If the "Issued By" section says Symantec, Thawte, Verisign, Equifax, GeoTrust, or RapidSSL, these are the certificates affected by this issue; click the Close button and continue. If it says anything else DO NOT CONTINUE and leave the site. Back in the override dialog box, disable the "Permanently store this exception" checkbox, then click the Confirm Security Exception button.
You can now visit the desired site for this session. Use the visit to contact the site and tell them to replace their broken certificate.

Hi, I have the same problem with ING, he won't let me add an exception. However, by disabling the ad blocker (in my case, "uBlock Origin") and clearing the cache, I can now add a security exception and log in. It is not ideal, but at least you can enter without having to use another browser.
