My internet provider walked me through setting up my email account on our new HP computer with Windows 10. The internet company states that the Outlook program in Windows 10 has created problems for many email users and recommended using Thunderbird. I downloaded the program and my provider walked me through all of the settings and what to type into each area. The message we got was: Thunderbird failed to find the settings of your email account.
