After "refreshing" my Mozilla Firefox v.71 (63 bit) on a Dell Windows 10 PC, whenever I print, the printer displays an error light and when I press the green "Go" button on the printer, it no longer prints duplex on my Brother HL-2270DW printer. In addition to printing only single-sided, it also prints an extra blank page. The printer works fine (i.e. duplex without extra blank page) with all other applications (e.g. MS Internet Explorer, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).

Have you tried resetting your printer settings in Firefox?

Let me know.

Yes, but without success. When I tried to reset just the Brother HL-2270DW printer, I right clicked on the print.printer setting but "Reset" did not appear. Moreover, when I tried to reset all Firefox printers, I did not have a "prefs.js" file in my Profile folder.

CORRECTION: ...I right clicked on print_printer...

They changed the reset in this instance to delete, since they changed about:config to a webpage. Try trashing it by clicking the delete button next to print_printer and resetting it back up and see if that resolves the issue.
