Does the Web Console on Network Monitor show any detail about what is using up this memory ?

I opened the web console and went to the site with normal tracking turned on.

Unhandled promise rejection InternalError: "too much recursion"

I get several of these "too much recursion" until the tab crashes.

And it just goes on and on. This is getting crazy. Maybe I'll just restrict visits to that site to Google-Chrome.

I appreciate all the people here trying to help but I could seeming;y spend my day going down rabbit holes.

This is written from Chrome as it's still the default browser on my system.

Firefox safe-mode is the only way I can visit the site. Even with all trackers etc turned off in preferences.

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.

Yes, I know that. But the link to the site I want works everywhere except in Firefox. Seems they have found a way to outfox Firefox...but not Chrome. Not that Chrome is the perfect browser either.

I run a memory monitor in my taskbar and I can watch the consumption in Firefox go up second by second until the tab crashes or my computer locks up.

I just noticed that using my link only works without any problems untill
after you've chosen your location; then the yellow banner shows up .... :(

Did that. No change. This one seems unsolvable. Maybe Firefox has over-reached with all it tracking etc protections ?? I definitely don't like Chrome's tracking and storing of info...but with this site in particular I seem to have no other choice.
