Clear all cookies, site data and cache

  • Click the menu button. and select Options.
  • Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  • Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear. ...
  • Click Clear.

1. Type about:config in the address bar and press Enter.

2. A warning page may appear. Click Accept the Risk and Continue to continue to the about:config page.

3. Search for security.sandbox.content.level

4. Click the Editaboutconfig-EditButton button for the preference and set its value to 1.

5. Click on the checkmark aboutconfig-Checkmark to save the change.

6. Restart Firefox.
