Web pages keep refreshing. I see this happening on Fox News and ESPN websites. I’m in the middle of reading when the page refreshes and goes back to the top. Often, this happens repeatedly. Only under iOS, doesn’t happen on the PC version of Firefox.

I've had this happen when reading The Washington Post. I used both Firefox and Safari with the same results. I wonder if this has something to do with the way the sites update their pages--probably to refresh advertising. :(
