ALL mail is going to Junk folder

As of around 4PM yesterday, ALL MAIL is going directly to my JUNK folder. When I do a test, sending a message to myself, I see the mssg appear in my IN folder, and then about 3 seconds later it disappears, whisked away into Junk folder. I've used Thunderbird for many years and have never encountered this.

In the near-term (like immediately), I need to turn off the Junk mail scanner. How is that done? I've un-checked "Enable Adaptive Junk Mail" and "Trust Junk Mail Headers set by Spam Assassin". But that did nothing - ALL mail continues to be thrown directly into JUNK folder.

And at some point soon, I need to get this fixed. Any suggestions?

OK I found the problem. I have recently installed a new laptop with IMAP Thunderbird. When I turned off the laptop, the "all mail to Junk" problem stopped. There's something mis-configured with the laptop, affecting all email clients in my IMAP network.
