usually this error means, that there is a problem with particular site, not the browser itself. But it may be also related to VPN or proxy use. It indicates that something between your computer and the remote site is breaking the connection, but rarely it is a browser issue. That is rather a network problem.

This can also be a problem with security software on your computer.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
