Cannot upload photos / videos to Facebook anymore.
For some reason I can no longer upload any photos or videos to Facebook, via messenger or direct to a page / groups. I used to be able to do this previously as I was a user of the marketplace. My system is a modern build gaming PC running Windows 11 and using proprietrry antivirus software. I have tried mozilla troubleshooting mode, resetting firefox, removing addons, removing or halting any add block software and much more. I am at the end of my tether and will consider leaving the browser after over a decade as it is causing me issues with the groups I frequent as I cannot find a work around. It also replicates the same when I am on my android device and operating via the browers on their which is of course synced to the PC.
Many thanks and I look forward to a response that may help.

Does the file picker dialog appear when you press Ctrl+O?
Have you tried dragging and dropping files or copying and pasting images from clipboard (Ctrl+V)?
Are you able to upload to other sites like *imgur.com*?
Does it still happen with third-party antivirus disabled? Try rebooting into Windows Safe Mode with networking enabled.
I can copy and paste as normal to the Facebook page or group after selecting my images written my part but as soon as I go to post it will just hang and nothing will upload and if I move away from the post the details will be gone with no recovery or memory of what it was. I have no issues with other platforms such as Etsy, Ebay and others for instance just Facebook. I have no current thrid party antivirus active only windows defender. I have just booted into safe mode with networking enabled and nothing changes as the FB page still hangs. It is looking like a FB glitch that may or may not affect many users as something happened a while ago and then it was corrected, and of course I have reported it to FB and as expected I hear nothing back.
Update to the situation it seems there are others experiancing the above issues and now I am certain it is a FB issue as others have reported the same problems and they are using different browsers.
