When I try of access my email using Thunderbird I get a screen that says "can't log into server.imap.comcast.net. It suggests I retry (doesn't work) or enter new password. The tried entering my Xfinity (Comcast) password but it returns to the same screen I don't know where to go from here. Xfinity suggested I contact you. Thanks.
