My form fields are not showing on some operating systems, but are fine on most! Can anyone identify the problem?
I am having real problems with FF3.6.6 not showing some text fields on a page. I run Windows XP with 3.6.6, Mac with 3.6.6, and a virtual machine running 3.6.6+ (along with 2 IEs, Chrome, Safari, Opera) but it is fine for me but more and more people are saying the fields aren't there. The fields are in the address section of a registration form which has been used for years. Can anyone take a look to see if they can see all the fields here, or why the fields might not show in certain cases. I am not trying to spam you to look at the page, this is legitimate.
Thanks a lot

If things with ad in the name aren't working then the first suspect is always ad-blocking software or extensions like Adblock Plus that can block content.
I'm not using ABP, so can't test that and it can always be a specific filter set that is causing it.

Try posting at the Web Development / Standards Evangelism forum at MozillaZine. The helpers over there are more knowledgeable about web page development issues with Firefox.

Cor-el - that's a great theory, which I think holds a lot of weight as I have been testing things like changing the form field names. I'll let you know how that pans out
Adblock Plus does block the ad1, ad2 and ad3 fields. What a little shit! I will have to rename them everywhere now!
Thank you cor-el, you have allowed me to replicate the issue that has been driving me wild for ages. You're a star.
You're welcome.
