Some links on the same web page will not respond. It happens most often when I am on secure sites. If I use Bill Pay for a bank the submit link will not respond. The links that don't respond are identified in my status bar as being associated with Javascript.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
