I cannot receive bank alerts from my bank - Bank of america. They checked and said the alerts are being sent but I am not getting them in my email. They said it was a browser problem. So I am checking with you to see if they have been blocked for some reason or what the problem could be.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
