Hi Team, Facebook Chat is not available in Firefox Beta version however it is working fine in Internet explorer. I request u to please look into the issue and let us know whether this is related to Facebook or Mozilla, the chat option is working fine on Internet explorer.Since Mozilla is much better than IE , I request you to look into this so that I can continue using Mozilla. You should try clearing the cache- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

Also try removing unwanted cookies- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Did you try running it on Safe mode to see which plugin/addon etc might be causing that?
