Firefox page and tool bar zoomed in, when i try to unzoom it the page gets to small but the tool bar doesn't change?

im not sure if my Linux 8 is doing it but all the icons on the tool bar and the tool bar its self is zoomed in and i don't know how to get rid of it. when i zoom it out far enough that i dont have to side scroll the fount gets way to small. I want the tool bar to be smaller please! help!

-> Tap ALT key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar

-> go to View Menu -> Zoom -> click "Reset"

-> go to View Menu -> Page Style -> select "Basic Page Style"

Check and tell if its working.
