The Library folder is now only a hidden folder, just like .mozilla on Linux and AppData on Windows.
Mac users will need to get used to browsing to hidden folders.

In Mac OS X v10.7, the $HOME/Library folder is a hidden folder.
Open Finder and use one of these:

  • Use Go -> "Go to Folder" (Shift-Command-G) and type: ~/Library
  • Open the "Go" menu and hold down the Option key to make the Library appear

You can also use this command in a Terminal window to remove the hidden flag.

  • chflags nohidden ~/Library

put your pointer(arrow)to the very top of the screen for a couple of seconds and the menu bar will drop down (because it is now hidden).
