When trying to upgrade, the prompt says it's loading etc. but nothing more happens - the little disk just keeps on turning and turning
The problem is that when I initiate the upgrade request the first screen that comes up indicates that the process is under way but the small twirling ball that should turn into an arrow just keeps twirling ad infinitum and nothing else happens

If you are having problems updating, then do the following:
Download latest Firefox version from one of these links:
